Professional Care with a Personal Touch
At Beaufort Nannies, we aim to place high-quality, reliable nannies and provide ongoing support to both families and candidates. In the unlikely event that a placement ends, the following replacement policy applies:
1. Free Replacement – Within First 6 Months
If a nanny leaves their position for any reason within the first six (6) months of the start date, Beaufort Nannies will provide one free replacement placement at no additional placement fee.
2. Discounted Replacement – 6 to 9 Months
If a nanny leaves between six (6) and nine (9) months from the start date, the family will receive a 50% discount on the next nanny placement fee.
3. Discounted Replacement – 9 to 12 Months
If a nanny leaves between nine (9) and twelve (12) months from the start date, the family will receive a 25% discount on the next nanny placement fee.
4. General Conditions
– The replacement applies only to the original registered family and cannot be transferred.
– All outstanding invoices must be paid in full before any replacement or discount is applied.
– Replacement offers are subject to nanny availability and suitability.
– Beaufort Nannies cannot guarantee the length of any future placement.
– This policy applies to permanent nanny placements unless otherwise agreed in writing.
