While we hope it does not happen, we understand that sometimes things do not go to plan so, after full payment of our fees, we offer the following refund if a suitable alternative nanny cannot be found.
Nanny did not start the position 100% refund:
Nanny or Family terminated the contract within 1 week of the position starting: 80% refund;
Nanny or Family terminated the contract after 1 week but within 2 weeks of the position starting: 70% refund;
Nanny or Family terminated the contract after 2 weeks but within 3 weeks of the position starting: 50% refund;
Nanny or Family terminated the contract after 3 weeks but within 4 weeks of the position starting: 40% refund;
Nanny or Family terminated the contract after 4 weeks but within 5 weeks of the position starting: 30% refund;
Nanny or Family terminated the contract after 5 weeks but within 6 weeks of the position starting: 20% refund;
Registration Fee is non-refundable .
